About the role

Join a healthcare team as a registered nurse providing complex patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data to determine diagnoses.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Promote patient safety, evaluate care outcomes, and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Ensure effective communication and maintain current knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS (or equivalent), with additional certifications like PALS, ENPC, or TNCC preferred based on location.

Skills and physical requirements

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and data entry.
• Alertness and adherence to safety protocols.

Schedule

Work primarily during night shifts.
