RN - Stepdown/Critical Care (WO)

Responsibilities

• Gather comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and teams to identify outcomes and develop care plans.
• Implement strategies to promote safety, coordinate care, and evaluate progress.
• Contribute to nursing quality, maintain current knowledge, and communicate effectively.
• Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Perform other assigned duties within scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Valid RN license in applicable state and relevant certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC.
