About the role
Join a healthcare team as a registered nurse providing complex patient care in critical settings.
Responsibilities
- Collecting comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and care teams to set outcomes and develop care plans.
- Implementing and coordinating care strategies to ensure patient safety.
- Evaluating progress towards goals and maintaining current nursing knowledge.
- Communicating effectively and integrating evidence-based practices into care.
- Adhering to safety protocols and performing additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Valid RN license in the relevant state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as Advanced Life Support (ALS), PALS, ENPC, or NRP are required based on location.
- Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including lifting, standing, and patient movement.
