About the role

We provide direct patient care in a specialty unit, adhering to the organization's scope and standards of practice. Our team works collaboratively across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on assessment to optimize outcomes and utilize resources effectively.
• Maintains patient records and communicates patient condition as necessary.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
• Delegates tasks to other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Collaborates with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care plans, including referrals and support services.

Requirements

• Accredited Nursing Program
• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification
• Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification
• NRP Certification
• Registered Nurse License (RN LICENSE)

Qualifications

• One (1) year of nursing experience required.
