About the role

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care across various clinical settings.
• Ensure compliance with department-specific credentials and certifications, such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Support specialized units like ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Pediatric areas.
• Obtain necessary certifications within specified timeframes if coming from different backgrounds.
• Participate in RN Fellowship Programs with required certifications including ACLS and BLS.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Additional certifications based on department needs.
• Critical thinking, independence, and effective communication skills.
