RN - Specialty II

About the Role

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Experience

At least 1 year of nursing experience is required.

Certifications

• Oncology Certified Nurse (ONCC) for those administering chemotherapy
• Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for those administering chemotherapy
• APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months if working in pediatric oncology
• ACLS necessary for ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty areas
• PALS for pediatric units, with a 30-day window for non-pediatric RNs
• NRP for NICU, with a 30-day window for non-NICU RNs
• Fetal Monitoring certification prior to completing orientation for L&D RNs
• RN Fellowship requires ACLS and BLS
• Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS and PALS within six months
