About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse with at least one year of nursing experience to provide critical, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment with minimal supervision.
• Work in high-stress settings, taking appropriate action to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Administer chemotherapy, requiring department-specific certifications such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate and APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months for relevant roles.
• Possess advanced certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, and fetal monitoring, with specific timelines for new or non-specialized staff.
• Participate in RN fellowship programs, which mandate ACLS and BLS certifications.

Requirements

• One year of RN independent practice (excluding orientation).
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and fetal monitoring as required by specialty.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate critical thinking and communication skills.
