About the role

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, requiring specific certifications such as ONCC and APHON within designated timeframes.
• Maintain certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), depending on the department and background.
• Complete specialized training like fetal monitoring for L&D nurses before completing orientation.
• Participate in an RN Fellowship Program, which requires one year of independent practice and certifications like ACLS and BLS.

Requirements

• One year of nursing experience.
• Relevant certifications depending on department and specialty.
• Ability to work effectively under stress and make sound decisions.
