About the role

This position offers Registered Nurses an opportunity to develop their clinical skills through personalized mentorship and hands-on patient care in a homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care based on physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health.
• Identify and communicate changes in patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
