Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, Director of Nursing Services, and Medical Director.
- Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
- Aid in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and facility policies.
- Comply with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous long-term care experience is desirable.
- Computer knowledge is preferred.
- Must be a registered nurse with an active license in the state of West Virginia.
- Having Infection Control Prevention training or certification is preferred.
License
Must have an active RN Registered Nurse license in WV.
