About the Role

Maxim Healthcare's Skills Advancement Training Program offers Registered Nurses a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence through personalized mentorship and real-world patient care experiences. You'll work alongside experienced Maxim clinicians who provide one-on-one guidance, real-time feedback, and ongoing support as you develop critical nursing skills in the homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $38 - $44 / hour
• Weekly paychecks
