Job Overview
Fairview is hiring a Nurse RN to provide departmental leadership support at their Orthopedic and Podiatry Clinics in Minneapolis and Maple Grove, MN. These clinics offer a wide range of services for orthopedic surgery, non-operative sports medicine, and podiatric needs.
About the Role
The Site Supervisor for Orthopedics and Podiatry manages the operations of designated staff, ensuring workflow consistency and integration. They also assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures, leading improvement projects, and collaborating with leadership to optimize clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Leadership to designated staff (RN, MA, LPN, Athletic Trainer)
- Supports recruitment, orientation, and engagement of clinical staff
- Ensures effective communication and performance management
- Fosters an environment of accountability and Fairview behaviors
- Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs
- Resolves patient and staff concerns
- Collects and analyzes data to inform clinic operations
- Participates in process improvement and innovation
- Practices as a financial steward
Requirements
- A.A./A.S. in Nursing, healthcare, business, or related field required
- Current MN RN license
- 1 year demonstrated leadership experience
- B.S./B.A. in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years previous supervisory/management experience
- BLS Certification (American Heart or Red Cross) preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical rooming
- Preferred B.S./B.A. in healthcare, business, or related field
Skills

Pay
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer will be honored.
Schedule
This is a full-time, salaried position with 40 hours per week. Shifts include days, early evenings as needed, and weekends as needed.
