RN Resource Team - Women's Services

This role is for a Registered Nurse on the Resource Team, providing flexible patient care across multiple hospital sites within the health system. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards, while collaborating with the healthcare team under the direction of a clinical manager. The position involves floating to various units, including high-risk labor and delivery, critical care, medical-surgical, pediatric, emergency, wound ostomy, and behavioral health, depending on the specific resource pool. Qualifications require at least three years of recent nursing experience in the applicable specialty, with specific experience and certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, WOCNCB) depending on the pool. Key skills include strong interpersonal, communication, and electronic system navigation abilities. Valid RN licensure in Oregon and Washington, along with BLS certification, are required.
