RN Resource Team - Women's Services

About the role

The Registered Nurse role within the Women’s Resource Pool involves providing flexible patient care across multiple hospital sites, including high-risk labor & delivery, antepartum, and neonatal settings. This position offers opportunities for diverse experiences in FBC settings.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards
• Collaborating with the healthcare team
• Floating to various facilities as needed

Requirements

• Current RN license in Oregon and Washington
• Minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience in specialty areas
• Appropriate certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP based on the specific resource pool

Qualifications

• Education preference: BSN or ongoing degree

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency with electronic systems
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Pay

USD $83.60/hour
