About the role
The Registered Nurse role involves providing patient care across multiple hospital sites within a floating resource team. Working under the direction of clinical managers, nurses assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards. The position requires flexibility to float to various units, including high-risk labor & delivery, critical care, medical-surgical, emergency, pediatric, wound ostomy, and behavioral health settings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to established safety protocols and standards
Qualifications
- A valid RN license in Oregon or Washington
- BLS certification
- A minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience in the specified specialty
- Specialized certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required depending on the resource pool
