About the role
The Registered Nurse in the Resource Team provides flexible patient care across multiple hospital sites, including high-risk and labor & delivery settings. They collaborate with healthcare teams under the guidance of clinical managers, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established standards. The role involves floating to various facilities within the health system, offering diverse clinical experiences.
Qualifications
- Registered nursing license in Oregon and Washington
- Minimum of three years' experience in the relevant specialty, such as ICU, ED, Med-Surg, Pediatric, Women's, Wound/Ostomy, or Behavioral Health
- Specific certifications as required: ACLS, PALS, NRP, or TNCC
- Education includes licensure requirements; a BSN or ongoing degree is preferred
