RN Resource Team - Women's Services

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Resource Team that floats across multiple hospital sites, providing patient care in various settings such as high-risk labor & delivery, neonatal, pediatric, critical care, medical-surgical, emergency, behavioral health, and wound ostomy. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established standards, under the direction of a clinical manager. Responsibilities Provide flexible, high-quality patient care across different hospital sites.Collaborate with healthcare teams, following scope of practice and standards.Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.Work shifts with pay including flat rate and differentials. Qualifications & Skills Required: Oregon and Washington RN licensure, BLS certification.Experience: Minimum of three years in relevant specialty area (e.g., ICU, pediatric, labor & delivery, emergency).Preferred: BSN or in progress, specialized certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, Wound Ostomy).Strong interpersonal, communication, and electronic system navigation skills.
