RN - REGISTERED NURSE WOUND CARE

Responsibilities

• Provide expert wound care assessments and treatments per clinical protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans and goals.
• Meet or exceed clinical targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in all procedures.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
• Remain current with wound care best practices and continued education.
• Educate patients and families on wound care, materials, and at-home protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive quality and efficiency.
• Support business growth by expanding patient reach and adherence to pipelines.
• Maintain inventory of wound care supplies and manage procurement.

Requirements

• Current RN license with active state nursing practice.
• Proof of wound care certification (e.g., WOCN, CWOCN) or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical wound care experience in acute or outpatient settings.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized wound care plans and goals.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate progress documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards (HIPAA, OSHA) in wound care.
• Capacity to meet performance targets and contribute to growth pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills for interdisciplinary team coordination.
• Experience in inventory management and procurement of wound care supplies.
• Excellent patient and family education on wound care and at-home protocols.
