About the role

The Wound Care Registered Nurse at BayCare is responsible for delivering care to a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards. They delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team and promote evidence-based clinical care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• RN license is required.
• BLS is required.
• 2 years RN experience in any setting.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Skills

• Proficiency in wound care management.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
