Provides professional nursing care to patients and families, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through effective communication and collaboration with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing duties, administers medications, and coordinates patient care activities.
• Prepares equipment and assists providers during procedures, examinations, and tests.
• Observes, records, and reports patient conditions, reactions to treatments, and vital signs.
• Assists with appointment scheduling, maintains patient flow, and prepares patients for examinations.
• Educates patients and families on health, medications, and wellness practices.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, ensures proper labeling of lab specimens, and performs quality control.
• Responds to patient inquiries and supports emergency situations with prompt, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and ability to perform essential nursing functions.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and collaborative teamwork.
