About the role
Provides professional nursing care to patients and families, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments following nursing standards.
- Assisting providers during procedures and examinations.
- Monitoring, recording, and reporting patient conditions and responses.
- Preparing patients and equipment, and maintaining clinical areas.
- Educating patients and families on health, medications, and wellness.
- Managing appointment flow and responding to patient inquiries.
- Preparing lab specimens and ensuring quality control.
- Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Effective communication, attention to detail, and visual acuity.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
