Job Type: Full-time | Days Schedule: 5x8, Days (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), no weekends, no major holidays

If you’re a natural advocate who thrives on seeing complex wounds heal, this role is for you. We’re looking for a go-getter ready to become an expert in outpatient, inpatient, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO).

Schedule

  • Consistent shift with no on-call and no major holidays
  • Team cares for 32 patients per day with an 8:1 patient-to-nurse ratio

Training & Development

  • 30+ hour virtual wound care certification course for all new hires
  • Full cross-training in Outpatient, Inpatient, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)
  • Healogics Vein Clinic training for vein clinic duties
  • Healogics hyperbaric training for HBO-related responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care, including intake and discharge processes, in accordance with hospital and nursing standards
  • Serve as a Case Manager for a group of patients:
    • Perform initial nursing assessments and communicate findings with the assigned physician
    • Assess wound stage and measurements
    • Document care plans and evaluate patient status regarding desired outcomes
    • Identify patient care situations requiring intervention
  • Function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) in accordance with Healogics policy

Requirements

  • Current Arizona or Compact State RN license
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of acute care or home health nursing experience preferred
