Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care
Job Type: Full-time | Days Schedule: 5x8, Days (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), no weekends, no major holidays

Schedule
- Consistent shift with no on-call and no major holidays
- Team cares for 32 patients per day with an 8:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
Training & Development
- 30+ hour virtual wound care certification course for all new hires
- Full cross-training in Outpatient, Inpatient, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)
- Healogics Vein Clinic training for vein clinic duties
- Healogics hyperbaric training for HBO-related responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care, including intake and discharge processes, in accordance with hospital and nursing standards
- Serve as a Case Manager for a group of patients:
- Perform initial nursing assessments and communicate findings with the assigned physician
- Assess wound stage and measurements
- Document care plans and evaluate patient status regarding desired outcomes
- Identify patient care situations requiring intervention
- Function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) in accordance with Healogics policy

Requirements
- Current Arizona or Compact State RN license
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care or home health nursing experience preferred
