About the role

The Wound Care Registered Nurse at BayCare is responsible for delivering care to a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards. They delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team and are accountable for their professional development.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.

Requirements

• RN license is required.
• BLS is required.
• 2 years RN experience in any setting.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Prioritize: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Skills

• Proficiency in wound care management.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
