RN - Registered Nurse - Local Traveler (LTC)
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Department Details
- Mileage reimbursement provided for required travel
- Premium Pay Rates: $5/hour premium on all hours worked, $1.25/hour weekend shift differential, $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Scheduling Requirements
- Minimum of 30 hours per month
- One weekend shift per month
Experience Requirements
- 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred)
Travel Required
- To support multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of permanent address
Pay
$32.00 - $48.00
