South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and leadership in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
About the Role
As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care while leading a team committed to compassionate, resident-centered service. You'll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
- Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment
Requirements
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach
- Long-term care experience preferred
Pay
$32.65–$42.85/hour (based on experience) plus shift differentials. $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Schedule
Full-time, evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
