RN - Regional Float Acute Care

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient status via interviews, observations, and physical evaluations.
• Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Implement appropriate interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment, perform bedside lab testing, and ensure quality control.
• Share clinical knowledge, mentor peers, and participate in patient education tailored to age-specific needs.
• Cook up interdisciplinary care, communicate effectively with team members, and advocate for patients.
• Maintain documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license and BLS certification (within 30 days).
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, and collaborate effectively within a team.
