Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Promote evidence-based practices
• Assess patient status
• Develop and modify individualized care plans
• Document patient progress
• Perform technical procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Share clinical knowledge through teaching
• Cook up interdisciplinary care
• Prioritize tasks based on patient needs
• Advocate for patients with physicians
• Ensure patient safety by following policies and safety goals
• Participate in data collection, quality improvement, and unit-based initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients
• Adapt teaching to patient needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license and BLS certification required
• Diploma in Nursing, strong clinical assessment skills, teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety protocols are essential
• Demonstrates technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve effectively
