About the Role
Specialized perioperative nursing care and resource coordination for ENT surgical procedures in the Main Operating Room.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for ENT surgical cases.
- Coordinate surgical scheduling and patient flow before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support patient and family education.
- Adhere to infection control and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or equivalent resource coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of perioperative nursing and ENT procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and uphold safety standards.
