About the Role

Specialized perioperative nursing care and resource coordination for ENT surgical procedures in the Main Operating Room.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for ENT surgical cases.
• Coordinate surgical scheduling and patient flow before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support patient and family education.
• Adhere to infection control and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or equivalent resource coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing and ENT procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and uphold safety standards.
