OR Resource Coordinator - RN

About the role

The OR Resource Coordinator is a full-time Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the operating room. They coordinate workflow, ensure proper setup and supplies, and support departmental operations. They assist in orientation of new staff and provide relief for breaks as needed, working closely with surgical teams, anesthesia, and recovery staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of OR RN experience
• Accredited nursing degree
• Current licensure in Missouri or a compact state
• BLS certification required; ACLS may also be required
• CNOR preferred

Physical demands

Lifting, standing, and maneuvering for extended periods.
