RN Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist

Role Overview: This position involves practicing autonomously and collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and manage patients' health issues across various settings. The role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and utilizing prescriptive authority within legal regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop care plans within the scope of practice using written protocols to ensure quality patient care.Utilize prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in accordance with laws.Enhance nursing practice quality and contribute to professional development of peers.Support lifelong learning and complete assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in a primary care setting.Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing.Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure (NP).
