Hospitalist APRN Mid-shift Role Summary: Provides autonomous and collaborative care to diagnose, treat, and manage patient health issues across various settings. Performs comprehensive assessments, develops care plans, and supports patient advocacy and education. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements care plans within the scope of practice using written protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with legal regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and supports professional development of colleagues.Fosters lifelong learning and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner.Current NP licensure.
