Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist
About the role
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join their established Hospitalist Division in Astoria, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to provide hospital medicine services at a Critical Access Hospital on the Oregon Coast.
Practice Details

- Collaborative Hospitalist Division where you will partner with experienced Hospitalist physicians.
- Tele-intensivists are available for consultation on all ICU patients.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Associate/Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program.
- National certification is required.
- Current Oregon Physician Associate/Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
- DEA Certificate
- ACLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association
