About the role

Develops, administers, and directs nursing and patient care activities within designated areas. Collaborates with the nursing team to support organizational initiatives, standardize systems, and improve efficiencies. Oversees financial aspects of nursing programs and integrates performance improvement strategies to enhance care quality and patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. Works with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration and service line development, ensuring standardized practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN licensure required.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations; specialty certification preferred.
