Job Summary Develops, administers, and directs nursing and patient care activities within designated areas, collaborating with the nursing team to support organizational strategies. Responsibilities include standardizing systems, improving efficiencies, overseeing financial aspects of nursing programs, and implementing performance improvement strategies. The role involves supporting strategic nursing initiatives, processes, and communication plans to achieve nursing goals while ensuring patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. It requires working with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and enhancement of care delivery models to improve patient, family, employee, and provider satisfaction.Ensure compliance with nursing practice acts, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.Promote transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability across teams.Improve nursing practice quality and service delivery effectiveness.Manage resources efficiently to meet current and future objectives.Supervise a multidisciplinary team providing competent, compassionate care in a professional environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor's degree preferred; RN licensure required.Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.Strong ability to foster collaboration and develop service programs; specialty certification preferred.
