Responsibilities
- Leads development and improvement of care delivery models to enhance patient, family, staff, and provider satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts and regulatory standards, upholding nursing values and rights.

- Improves the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices and services.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
- Ability to foster collaborative partnerships in service and program delivery.
- RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
