RN Nurse Manager (CCU)

Responsibilities

• Leads development and improvement of care delivery models to enhance patient, family, staff, and provider satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts and regulatory standards, upholding nursing values and rights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
• Ability to foster collaborative partnerships in service and program delivery.
• RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
