BAYADA offers a paid Nurse Residency Program designed to build confidence, clinical competence, and real-world experience for new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs).

We support clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses provide personalized, high-quality care in the home.

What You Need To Apply
- Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
What BAYADA Offers
- $32–$36/hour
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- Weekly pay and PTO
- Electronic charting
- $1,200 nurse referral bonuses
