About the role

At Lifepoint Health, as a New Graduate RN, you'll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands-on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Participate throughout all phases of the program
• Engage in flexible, self-paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
• Receive dedicated one-on-one support from a trained preceptor
• Exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management
• Complete a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Hold RN licensure
• Have BCLS certification

Pay

Hourly Range: $31.49 - $41.49
