BAYADA offers a paid Nurse Residency Program designed to build confidence, clinical competence, and real-world experience for new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs).
Who We Serve
We support clients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with a variety of acuity and clinical needs. Opportunities are available in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
What BAYADA Offers
- $32–$36/hour
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- Weekly pay and PTO
- Electronic charting
- $1,200 nurse referral bonuses
