The New Grad RN Nurse Residency Program at Highpoint Health Sumner is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare network. The program supports new graduates in transitioning to confident and competent nurses through a 12-month structured curriculum divided into three phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development.

About the role

You will be supported by dedicated one-on-one support from a preceptor, engage in flexible, self-paced learning through modules, and complete a capstone project focusing on evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Hold current RN licensure.
• Have a BLS certification.
