RN Neuro Trauma ICU Fellowship - Night Shift

Role Overview This RN position is based in the Neuro Trauma ICU, providing direct patient care in a complex, fast-paced environment. The role involves utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and prioritizing evidence-based practice and patient safety. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality, scope-of-practice care to critically ill patients.Supporting patient wellness and safety at the point of care.Mentoring and precepting new healthcare staff to foster clinical proficiency.Participating in a structured ICU orientation program, including simulation and competency validation.Adhering to evidence-based care models aligned with ICU standards and AACN guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board if less than 3 years of experience.Current RN licensure in the state.Minimum of 6 months RN nursing experience.Valid BLS certification through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days post-hire.
