RN Neuro Trauma ICU Night Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct, high-level nursing care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope patient care using the nursing process.Support and mentor new healthcare staff through precepting.Participate in a comprehensive ICU orientation program, including simulation and competency validation.Contribute to patient safety, quality care, and positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program (if less than 3 years experience).Current RN licensure in the state.Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.BLS certification through recognized organizations.
