RN ICU Night Shift

Position Overview Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU Nights to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, specialized setting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with medical teams. Perform procedures, monitor patient status, and document care accurately. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Advocate for patients and support their self-management and recovery. Implement evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Diploma or Associate Degree. Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within specified timeframes.
