About the role
Join as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Medical/Surgical unit, providing compassionate patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, effective nursing care to diverse patient populations with a focus on neuro-related cases.
- Assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and monitoring progress.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and clinical protocols.
- Supporting patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).
- Preferred: BSN, hospital or acute-care experience, and specialty certifications.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and assist patients safely.
