RN Mother-Baby - Fulltime - Days

Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool supporting multiple units within a healthcare system. Responsibilities Include Delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Administering medications and performing safety checks with diligence.Educating patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.Prioritizing safety, verifying patient identities, following protocols, and documenting accurately.Adapting quickly to various departments, gaining diverse clinical experience, and supporting team collaboration. Qualifications Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Active RN license (Single State or Compact).BLS, NRP required; ACLS & PALS preferred.Minimum of 2+ years recent experience in Mother/Baby nursing in a hospital setting. Skills & Attributes Fluent in English (spoken & written).Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and time management skills.Collaborative, patient-first mindset, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
