About the Role
Registered Nurse in the Float Pool supporting multiple units within a healthcare system, delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care and adapting quickly to diverse clinical situations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care using the full nursing process
- Administer medications and perform safety checks
- Educate and empower patients and families
- Prioritize safety and quality protocols
- Adapt quickly to diverse clinical situations
- Support various departments and expand clinical skills
- Work with a supportive team to make a meaningful difference in patient care across the system
Requirements
- Diploma in nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications (ACLS & PALS preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Mother/Baby nursing experience
- Fluent in English
- Collaborative mindset and strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
