RN Mother-Baby - Fulltime - Days

Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool supporting multiple units to deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, clinical expertise, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based, compassionate nursing care using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Manage complex clinical situations with critical thinking and clinical judgment.Administer medications and perform safety checks diligently.Educate and empower patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery.Prioritize safety by verifying patient identities, following protocols, and documenting accurately. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Active RN license (Single State or Compact); BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS & PALS preferred.Minimum of 2+ years recent Mother/Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting.Fluent in English; collaborative, patient-first approach.Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
