RN Mother-Baby - Fulltime - Days

Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool supporting multiple units within a healthcare system. Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care using the full nursing process; administer medications and perform safety checks; educate patients and families; prioritize safety and documentation; adapt to various clinical settings with clinical judgment and critical thinking. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred); active RN license (Single State or Compact); BLS and NRP certifications required; 2+ years of recent Mother/Baby nursing experience; fluent in English; collaborative mindset; strong time management skills; ability to work calmly under pressure.
