About the role
Registered Nurse in the Float Pool supporting multiple units within a healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care using the full nursing process
- Administer medications and perform safety checks
- Educate patients and families
- Prioritize safety and documentation
- Adapt to various clinical settings with clinical judgment and critical thinking
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- 2+ years of recent Mother/Baby nursing experience
- Fluent in English
- Collaborative mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
