RN MICU Nights → "Registered Nurse - MICU - Night Shift"

About the role

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a technically complex ICU environment, prioritize safety and quality, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care in an ICU setting
• Support specialty education and competency validation for nursing staff
• Uphold safety standards in accordance with evidence-based models such as AACN’s Synergy Model
• Collaborate with clinical educators and team members to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN licensure
• Minimum 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of a fellowship
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or Red Cross
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting
