RN MICU Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, high-level patient care in a complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities: Delivering top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes. Precepting new staff, supporting clinical education, and contributing to a secure, safe environment.Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with valid RN licensure, ICU experience or completion of a fellowship, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.Skills & Attributes: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting, demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills, and collaborate effectively within a team. Additional Duties: Support specialty education, adhere to evidence-based models such as AACN’s Synergy Model, and contribute to patient safety and care excellence in a technically complex ICU environment.
