RN MedSurg - Night Shift (No Weekends)

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. You will coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights, and safeguard confidentiality, all in line with the organization’s mission and values.

You will work in a 25-bed hospital serving the local community as part of a collaborative team committed to innovation, compassion, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of bedside experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Active RN licensure compliant with state requirements
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification (or completion within probation period)
